This discography
includes details of the back catalogues of some 440 labels, extant or defunct.
It is a work in progress, so many of the listings are not yet complete (and
probably some never will be). Additions or amendments are always welcome – click here
to send them. Some of my thoughts about “lost” albums appear on The
Vinyl Graveyard page. There’s also an Own Labels section that covers as many privately released albums as
possible. Several major labels with large numbers of releases have their
own separate pages which are highlighted below by asterisks.
